Super cute hole in the wall spot for delicious breakfast. Easy for kids, relaxing for adults, good all around. Pancakes are light and fluffy, eggs are delicious, and they've got the good creamer for their coffee.

Great food great service and a very casual atmosphere. All the breakfast food here is cooked to perfection. Never had lunch or dinner but breakfast is perfection. Definitely give it a try. I had both the silver and the gold. Both are preferable.

My son took me to this restaurant Sunday morning for our first time. Not being from Dublin decided to try it out for breakfast. We were the 7th customer since opening that Sunday morning and by the time we finished the placed had very few vacant tables. He ordered an omelet, rye bread and a side of pork sausage; I ordered the eggs benedict with coffee. While waiting for our food I took a sip of the coffee and told my son if the food is like their coffee, it is going to be good. I am accused of being a bit of a coffee snob and nothing turns me off than a poor cup of coffee. The coffee was dark and delicious. Then our food arrived, hot and delicious. The portion were large, enough for two meals, and the food did not disappoint!! Not only was the restaurant clean, but the staff very courteous and attentive checking on not only us, but the other customers as well. AND they kept my coffee flowing!! When you find a gem like Dublin Skillet you want to acknowledge it. Keep the food good, the great staff and that coffee, we will definitely return when in Dublin.

I have been coming to this local "hole in the wall" restaurant since the early 2000's and say with a degree of certainty that it is a quality establishment. To the uninitiated, the aged look belies is quality of service and stapled menu. The food is tasty, the menu has enough variety, your not rushed, and your cup will never run dry. Add that this is all at a reasonable cost for the area and you have a "go to" place for your leisurely sit-down breakfast or lunch.

Wanting to find a new place, we went here for brunch. Dublin Skillet looked fresh from the outside and we found it modern & inviting from the inside. We got a place to sit as soon as we got in. Everything was clean and well lit. We ordered coffee, Bodhi Scramble, Kaylee Scramble and Fish & Chips. Both the scrambles were good and tasty. Just the skillet potatoes in the Bodhi Scramble tasted a bit off - they had a weird smell. The kids Fish & Chips was a decent serving of tilapia. We will definitely come back for dinner sometime.
